  5. Production & Delivery: After approval of the design, we start production and ensure timely delivery.

What is the average delivery time?
Once the design is approved, we begin production. Typically, it takes about eight weeks, depending on quantities and schedule. We'll communicate the delivery time in your quote.
Can we order more in the same design later?
Yes, you can reorder. We'll save your design so you can easily add more. Minimums per item still apply.
Which files do you need for the design?
Vector logos (.ai/.svg/.pdf) are preferred. Don't have one? No problem — we'll help you submit them correctly.
Do you also only do accessories (socks/overshoes)?
Yes, accessories can also be ordered separately, with the minimum quantities indicated.
